Filter belt, also known as vacuum belt and vacuum rubber filter belt, is a key component supporting Du horizontal belt vacuum filter, vacuum belt dehydrator and vacuum belt washer. It is a special supporting rubber belt for filter in chemical industry. Polyester canvas with excellent performance is selected as the frame material of filter belt, which has the characteristics of high strength, acid and alkali resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance and so on. It is characterized by small elongation under constant load and is not easy to deform. The size is stable, the machine adjustment and operation are normal, and it will not elongate in future production.

It can produce annular tape with a width of b1000-6800mm. The 6800mm ultra wide filter tape of our company is the first in the domestic industry. The thickness of the filter belt is 20-50mm, the thickness of the upper rubber cover is 10-30mm, and the thickness of the lower rubber cover is 5-15mm.
Working Principle:
The filter belt is made of SBR rubber and polyester ep200 fiber cloth.
Rubber filter belt process: the rubber filter belt is formed and vulcanized by one-time overall composite process to ensure the flatness of the belt body and the stability of performance. Green heads are reserved at both ends of the vulcanization joint for one-time molding and vulcanization to ensure no cracking.
